We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or ELFBoutique.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, ELFBoutique.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

  • We have both ready stock and pre-order items. 
    Delivery time: 
    Ready stock: 1-3 days for delivery 
    Pre-order: 7-9 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Goods sold shall not be returned, unless there are more than 3cm defects (such as dyeing, unrepairable hole(s), etc., please contact us on matters returned or exchange in 3 days after you receive the parcel, we will not entertain after 3 days of receiving).
  • Uncomfortable, different from imagination, too transparent, too thin, not suitable, etc., are not accepted as a reason for exchange. Resolution of all computers and handphones are difference, we have try our best to adjust it to the nearest colors. If there’s obvious colors difference, we have do our best to indicate it in description part.
  • Size matter: All sizes are hand measurement, 1-3cm error are reasonable range.
  • Please choose your sizes base on the actual sizes stated in description. Please bear in mind that our measurements and heights are different with the model. We will provide suggestions based on your measurement provided, however the decisions remain in customer’s hand.
  • We strongly advice customer to check the parcel in front of the postman. Do not accept if there’s any missing item and contact us immediately. We will not responsible if customer accept the parcel without checking.
  • Please do not compare the RM20 dresses with the quality of RM100 dresses. Our shop has both normal and high quality dresses. We have do our best to choose the best quality clothes for our customer. You may check out our customer’s comments in the link below:

  • For out of stock item, we will 100% refund to customer. However, we reserve the right to deduct shipping charge if the total purchase is less than RM150 (West Malaysia) and RM400 (East Malaysia).
